Training
New members receive one-on-one introductory training. The purpose of this half-hour session is to acclimate new members to the process and demonstrate how to use the tools available on our Web site. Vertical Lend also provides comprehensive continued learning programs including accredited* Continuing Education seminars (subject to availability) to Vertical Lend members and non-members.

Mortgage Qualification Calculator shows you how much income your clients need to buy a home, based on their income and other factors.

Each Vertical Lend Associate is assigned a dedicated Account Executive (AE). This person is responsible for all your loans from start to finish. Your AE serves as your back office so that you do not have to allocate any additional resources.
